Screen Size Recommendations
While IB Marker works on any screen size, we recommend devices with at least a 5-inch display for comfortable reading and answer entry. Larger screens are better for timed exams.

IB Marker requires an active internet connection. Here's what you need:

Any broadband connection (DSL, cable, fiber) or strong mobile data signal works well.

1 Mbps or faster is recommended. Slower connections work but may experience delays.
For Timed Exams
Broadband Recommended
For timed exams, use a reliable broadband connection. Your answers auto-save every 10 seconds, but a stable connection ensures nothing is lost.
Troubleshooting
Common issues and how to resolve them:

Progress Not Showing
Try refreshing the page (F5 or Ctrl+R). If that doesn't work, log out and log back in. Your data is always saved on our servers.

Slow AI Feedback
Wait 5-15 seconds for feedback. If it takes more than 30 seconds, refresh the page. Your answer is still saved.

Display Issues
Clear your browser cache (Ctrl+Shift+Delete). This won't affect your saved data and often fixes visual glitches.

Login Problems
Use the "Forgot Password" link to reset your password. Check your spam folder for the reset email.

Connection Errors
Check your internet connection. Try switching networks (e.g., mobile data instead of WiFi) to identify the issue.
